Founder & President

Sheba Rugege Hakiza, is the Founder and President of PPA. She is a versatile professional with a Master's in Public Health and a Bachelor's in Biology. Her diverse career spans Clinical Trials, Biotechnology Project Management, and leadership roles such as Clinical Trials Systems Manager and Senior Clinical Research Associate.

In addition to her scientific background, Sheba is a Regional Vice President Partner in a financial services firm, holding licenses in Insurance and investments. She is a Certified Scrum Master and Consultant, actively involved in international nonprofit boards, demonstrating her dedication to addressing global issues. Known for her dynamic public speaking and organizational skills, she leads Pinnacle Planning Associates with a visionary approach.

Scientific Director 

Dr. Rev. Stephen M. Jackson (PhD) is a multifaceted visionary whose diverse pursuits are united by a singular, powerful thread: love. His professional journey weaves together spirituality, science, health, and the arts, creating a tapestry of service that touches lives across various domains.

Health and Education

Alongside his wife, Adea Jackson, Dr. Jackson co-founded BatahHealth, an initiative that bridges the gap between community wellness and academic knowledge. This venture provides vital educational services to a trifecta of institutions: community organizations, academic bodies, and faith-based entities.

Scientific Empowerment

He is PPA's Scientific Director leading Beyond Barriers Trials clinical programs. Here, he orchestrates programs that equip communities and clients with essential scientific, technical, and programmatic skills, fostering a culture of informed empowerment.

International Affairs Director

Dynamic Chief Growth Officer with a diverse background in Government Relations, Community Leadership, IT Data Security, and Agile Project Management. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and launching innovative cybersecurity solutions.

Currently serving as President of the Washington DC Rwandan Community Association and former Vice President of the US Rwandan Community Abroad, showcasing exceptional leadership in community and campaign organizing, particularly with minority and women communities.

Experienced in international and diplomatic affairs, leveraging a global perspective to foster strategic partnerships and drive organizational success. Holds an MBA in International Business and Political Science, blending technical expertise with strategic vision to empower teams and create impactful change. Passionate about leveraging skills in technology, project management, and community engagement.

Technical Operations & Solutions Advisor

Mike Kategaya is a driven professional with a diverse career and a deeply personal mission. As the CEO and Founder of The Mental Health Hub For Men, he is dedicated to empowering boys and men to openly discuss mental health, driven by his personal experiences.

In his professional life, Kategaya has served as an Account Partner Director at Salesforce, achieving a 140% quota attainment from an 18-client portfolio. He specializes in tailored solutions for manufacturing, banking, healthcare, and energy sectors, consistently delivering high customer satisfaction through his expertise in CRM and manufacturing process improvements​​.

With an educational background in Management Information Systems and an MBA, Kategaya leverages technology for positive outcomes in his corporate career and mental health advocacy. Through The Mental Health Hub For Men, he is creating a platform where men can find support and understanding, making a significant impact in men's mental health.
